Goodmorning all,

If the K1 beneficiary would like to change jobs and decided to take a new job offer should the petitioner contact the USCIS to indicate this change of employment?

As the G325A Biographic Information would list the previous employment when the K1 started.

Or would this only be necessary if the petitioner were to change jobs?

Thanking you in advance for your assistance.goofy.gif

I think if the job change information is mainly relevant the sponsor rather than the beneficiary. However if you already have the information before you send in the form on the G325A then it would be easy to update it. However if it after the fact i do not think it is a big deal. You can always send it in just to have the records updated but the Sponsor income and job information is what really matters. Hope this help
