Hi everyone!

So, me and my fiancé decided to book the appointment online because we have been inquiring at the US embassy call center and they are not as helpful as we imagined. I have made and account without any issues but when I entered the details of my documents, It said that the account already exists and that I can't do the scheduling...

I did conclude that our friends from the US embassy call center made a profile online without us knowing...because we gave them the information of the passport and the MNL#... any suggestions as to what we will do? will we call? because I cannot make a new account online for the reason that I will be putting the same information..

Thank you everyone! your opinion is much appreciated! idea9dv.gif

When you called the embassy, did you provide your email address? If so, click on Forgot Your Password, fill in the email you gave them, then check your mail if you were given a temporary password. If that doesn't work, you need to go to http://www.travel.state.gov/about/contact/contact_4746.html and make a service request and explain the problem on the space provided.

I go with the other suggestion to try the forgot password, and like said if that doesn't work give a call to the embassy.

Have fun!!
