I have a question guys, my mother as an LPR applied my unmarried brother over 21 years old. His birth certificate in the new computer system were entered after 13 years of his birth. Pakistani paper work is complicated. We do not have mom's name on many documents most of the time we have dad's dame on transcript or so. (My dad passed away and we sent the copy of his death certificate's with I-130 to the USCIS). now they want more evidence we all have few pictures or so if we want DNA to be done my mom is in Pak right now and I called one of the AABB lab. What should we do in this process any help will appreciated. WE do not have much time to response back. What email address should we email to USCIS.

Thank you in advance.

U need to check USCIS.gov about DNA.

Regarding the RFE well hmm I think you guys can get 2 affadivits from people who were present at the time of your brother's birth and witnessed that he was born to your parents or have knowledge of their relationship.Could be someone from your aunt or uncles etc..If possible if you have a computerized form B and can get a NADRA family registration certificate which state that this family is registered in their data.. it gives names of parents and children and their relationship.. It is a Govt Document.
