K1 rfe question

Just receive a rfe from the uscis am still waiting for the mail to come .but can someone who got rfe tell me what they would want.. I pretty much think I AV send more than enough evidence....Plz share thanks

I did not receive a RFE, but I sent the items that other VJ'ers suggested. This included colored pictures (dated on the back), travel itineraries, boarding passes (originals), passport copies- all pages (highlighted the stamps that we were together on), bank statements (showing location of purchases... to prove we were at the same place at the same time), credit card statements, skype logs (print screen the logs and print), phone logs, and letters/e-mails/facebook messages.

Usual common RFE at this stage is for original G325 a for both, original letters of intent from both, proof of meeting within the past two years, proof of citizenship. These are easy to correct.

OK thanks Natasha I sent everything except .the bank statement purchases .. I think these people lost the information when they were transfer in it all over the place ..because everything u wrote I send them so I guess I'll be sending them over again kmt

RFE's differ from case to case so wait until you get the letter and then figure out what you need to send them.

Wont really know until you get the RFE letter, it could be something as easy as a missed question or a box left unticked. Best of luck to you.
