Can my i130 case be expideted in my situation??

I am a us citizen filed for my husband. I am wondering if my case can be expidised because of my husbands medical problem. I am leaving in the us now for two months, as he waits alone in his country. The problem is, my husband has had severe varicous vain problems with clothing for overten years. Now his doctor advised him to get done these injection procedures done as soon as possible because he may have traveling cloth. They do not have these injections or procedures alike in his country. But they do those in the us. Another problem with this is,he has a very hard labor job. This is cousing it to be even more dangerous for his health. Im really worried. He really beeds that done NOW. but there is no telling when this pittuon is going to be approved,and how much time we will spend more in the process before he can get here and get that done. We have a baby son, and he needs his daddy to be healthy. Does anyone have an idea if this is uscis worthy???

Sounds what he needs is a B2 Visa. From a more practical point of view getting treatment pretty much anywhere else will be a lot cheaper.

What do you mean getting treatment anywhere else? After injections he will need care and possible complications, i need to be close and by his side in these cases.but i have to stay in yhe us.

Problem is, my lawyer told me that the USCIS doesn't care about the beneficiary so much. They are interested in the USC. If it were YOU that needed the care and to have him here to care for you, then maybe....

I would say try to prove that you are supporting him. Do you send money for his care?

I had called about obtaining similar information. I was advised by USCIS to submit a letter to request expidite service to yhe same adress you submitted your petition. You are r equired to provide proof like letter from his dr or medical records. Provide this with your request. Thats the best you can do as far as I know. Hope that helps.

Expediting thru USCIS doest mean it will expedite thru NVC and then to his embassy. Good luck!
