What the hell is going on. Yet again more and more August filers getting approved and me still waiting (July filer). What happened? Is my case with the office idiot, been forgotten about? Is it cause of my age? Don't see what the hold up is. It's so frustrating to see August filers getting approved first. FIRST COME FIRST SERVE? yeah right. TSC sort it out please! I love my fiance as much as anyone else here.

Unfortunately, there is no rhyme no reason to the system USCIS is working by. I agree with you - we all pay the same fees, so it should be a "First In First Out' basis... but it isn't. I am experiencing the same for my AOS right now - I am seeing June and July Interview Waivers filers getting approved, while I am still waiting here, after more than seven months. It is frustrating, but your time will come! All you can do is wait; you are still well within the normal processing times. Good luck! :)

I've been in the same boat where I saw people who filed later than me getting approved wayyyyy before me and it really made me mad because there is no order on how they process petitions. I got so frustrated to the point that I'm picking fights with my fiance already whenever he tried consoling me. Eventually I just gave up basing my approval on how quick others got theirs and just kept myself busy. Surprisingly, I got the NOA2 like 2 days after. I know how frustrating it is to be "picked last", all you can really do is stop checking on it every 15 minutes and find something to keep you distracted or you will really go insane.

My fiancee just told me to listen to you, and to stop looking at VJ right now. Thank you for getting me in trouble, lol.
