Thanks guys for your advice

We sent out package to Chicago lock office and this was delivered on 4th Oct 2013 by 11:41 am and was signed by J.C.

So my question dose any body knows why we have not got any alert of any sort and what should we do?

Do we have to call them to ask if anything is wrong? please we need you guyus adivce.

if you mean about the AoS package, is still to soon to hear news from it. It takes 2 to 4 weeks to get the NoA1 for the AoS (compare to the couple of days that takes to get a noa1 from the k1) so don't worry

I agree it is too soon. The next thing to look for is to see when your check is cashed. It took mine about a week to hit my bank account. Edited by bmiles62

I sent my I-130 package to Chicago lock box and it was signed for on the 17th of September. I received an email on Sept 20th saying I would receive my I-797 within 10 days by standard mail. It took the ten days before I received it.

9-16-13 I-130 Mailed

3-04-14 Transferred to CSC

3-12-14 NOA2

3-26-14 Received NVC

5-3-14 Received DS-261/AOS bill

Yes...like everyone has said, it takes a while. We got the three emails with the case numbers in about a week but still only received 2 hard copies. It will come...
