Hi everybody,

What can anyone say. WE Are Family!!! Whatever the situation there is always someone to help and support. I am forever in debt to all that have helped me...now and in the future. When I look back and try to convey my experiences. I can only hope that it helps someone else. There are so many "congrats" still left to given out to all the follow in our foot steps.

Hi,

I am really starting to want to pinch myself.:dance: I got home today and found out that my visa package had spent 3 days at the NVC before moving on. Things are moving so fast my head is giddy with happiness. Now I am going to start looking at the postings about following the DHL delivery. Again thanks to all.

Scott

If I knew that things were moving this fast I would have not been going at this time. Rather when she needs to do her interview.

Scott,

First let me say Congrats!!!!! What a wonderful early Christmas prezzie! I am sure that spending Christmas with you SO would be ideal and can understand what you mean about prefering to have been there for the interview instead. If its only a matter of a pre pre-purchased airline ticket, you might want to ring them, some airlines will allow you to change the flight if you call in advance (usually 2 weeks prior to departure) for little or no fee. I had a situation with my passport a few years back and had to cancel my flight on the day I was to leave, they allowed me to reschedule for 2 weeks later and I only had to pay $100 for the change of flight. This fee was because my flight was connecting in London on the way to Ireland and the airline said that I would have to pay the fee for the international(London to Shannon) change. So if its only a matter of the flight it may be worth checking on, if there are other factors involved such as work scheduling, etc. then just save the bit of info for future reference. Good luck at the interview and congrats again!

Sherry,

I'm taking a friend to who has been writing and calling one of Nadya's friend for several months. When I decided to go at the time I had no idea the it would move this quick. (given my history of trouble with USCIS) So this is not an option. But I apprecaite the advise and thank you so much. Maybe the good will be an aonther love connection and visajourney supporter.

No bother, just thought you might like to know your options. As I said, if other factors involved, scheduling etc, then its just something to tuck away for future reference. Good luck on Nadya's interview, keep us updated! I havent been posting much lately as time wont allow me, but I do come on and check updates to see how interviews are going and how processing is moving. I hope things go well for your friends. If it does go well at least they would have a heads up on what to expect from your and Nadya's case. Good luck again and have a safe trip.

Congratulations on the NVC approval, Scott! Here's how you can track petitions sent via DHL:

1. Insert this address in your browser's case:

http://track.dhl-usa.com/TrackByRef.asp?nav=TrackByRef

2. Then put the word "correspondence" in the Reference Case and the code 03801 in the Origin Postal Code (which is in the Additional Information field).

3. Choose dates closer to the moment NVC sent your petition to the local embassy/consulate.

4. Eventually, click the word Track written in red below the table and wait. You'll get a list of packages sent to various countries; search for the one you think could be yours.

God bless! (F)
