HELLO PEOPLE I WAS WONDERING HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER TO DELIVER THE FILE(APPROVE PETITION) TO NATIONAL VISA CENTER? I KNOW THIS TOPIC CAN DUPLICATE BUT WE ARE HERE TO GET HELP AND TO BE TOGETHER ON THIS JOURNEY....PEOPLE POST YOUR PD, NOA2 NVC REC' DATE JUST TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND BE PATIENT ABOUT WAITING TIME......EVERY TIME I CALL NVC THEY SAID TO WAIT 8 WEEKS AND I THINK THATS NOT FAIR FOR US THE ARE ON SUSPENSE BECAUSE THE VISA BULLETIN....

I think 8 weeks is the norm now because USCIS is approving so fast and they're dumping cases to NVC causing NVC to be backlogged.

Just keep on calling, everyday if you can, so you can get real time updates.

If its any consolation to you, I waited more than a year to get NOA2. So a few weeks of waiting on your end is like a walk in the park, really.

I was looking your signature it was alot of time waiting but i will be so happy if i a recieved a good news this week....thanks for your advice
