I will send my ROC package in a few days, I am waiting for my tax transcripts.

Here is the evidence that I have:

-joint lease agreement

-copy of my GC

-copies of our DL

-Statements showing joint checking acct from 2012- present

-IRS tax transcripts for 2011,2012

-Car insurance on both names

-water bills on my husband's name, power bills on my name, trash bills on both names

-Last will and Testament

-triple a membership cards

-Rx savings cards

-letter from my school listing my husband as an emergency contact

-2 affidavits

-20 photos

Is it enough?

08/31/11 - Case Completed (Interview 10/25/11) - Received at Chennai on 09/19/11
07/22/11 - NVC Case Number

USCIS: (92 days)

6/21/11 - NOA2 (NOA1 on 3/25/11) - took a month to get to NVC
3/21/11 - I-130 sent to USCIS Lockbox, Chicago.

I agree with Navyk. Seems like you have a good variety of items, just make sure they cover the entire period since you got your GC. good.gif

Of course, there are no guarantees when USCIS is involved, but people have been approved with much less.

Sent my packet off on the 17th to the CA service center. Was delivered and signed for on the 18th. Can't wait to have this done with! Good luck too all other October filers!

Also, I was going to add my name to the list but I've had a glass of wine tonight and didn't trust myself not to screw it all up wink.png. If someone else who knows what their doing wants to take care of it, please do so!
