i just get the appointement for my AOS interview ,and i really need to know everything about the interview.

i will have the interview in Houston.

Do a search and you will see many details - generally they ask names of parents, siblings, dates of birth of each other; how you met, where you met, when and where you got married, job related questions, all the terrorist/drug list questions from the form itself. Good Luck

This interveiw is nothing like you Visa interview. You should not have any issues. Just make sure you have complete copy of the package that you sent in along with bank states, bills and anything that shows you are liveing as husband and wife.

You will need to be prepared to bring all prior submitted documents but the interview should be pretty easy. They will make both of you swear to tell the truth first. They will ask about your lives together. The purpose of this interview is to determine if you have a true marriage. They will look for joint accounts, joint tax returns, insurance policies with both names, naming of the new spouse as beneficiary to other accounts, etc. It will help to show trips together to meet other family members including photos.

The idea here is to be prepared for everything. If you are, they won't ask. But if you don't have anything, then they will probably ask for all kinds of things.
