I went to the uscis website to make an info pass to check on

my wifes I-130 application. I got to the step where it asked me

what appointment type I needed it gave 4 choices but it didn't

seem to me that any of them pertained to the I-130 petition

can someone help and tell me what to do.

Thanks

when you get to the webpage click on English or any language on the left hand side then click on the 3rd link where it says make appointment enter ur zip code then click count.Select ur option click on information on other services then it will take you to where you can fill in all ur information.

Regarding your question, my guess is that you would have to select the 4th option "Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment." Did you contact NCSC already?

In the alternative, you can select "You need information or other services" and then click continue.

Hope this helps

Actually you could pick anyone but the 4th one may be best. We ran into this and just checked one and found there was no problem in the way we did that.

Two of us asked that the trash be removed.

When putting in my infopass information it asked for number of persons

does this mean how many are going for the infopass or how many people

your trying to bring to the states?
