I went for my interview today n the outcome was not splendid due to inconsistency. Now the IO told my husband to sign a paper saying this interview never happened. Coz she thinks if she should send in this n we get a second interview its going to b brutal. They did all this without me in d room now my husband said she advice us to re apply. Am more than confuse coz dis is new to me. Can anybody put me through pls?

Sorry to hear that and I have been there when they got me in a close door room. The suggest you, advise you to agree with them so they can get off the hook easily and I strongly guess they nailed your husband with any misleading information or material. Now they got him and advised to reapply but the signed document and the previous petition won't go anywhere or they will simply toss them. If you can be more specific about your case someone hear @ VJ will be more helpful.

Not knowing what you are signing and signing it anyway is rarely a good strategy.

You should speak to an experienced immigration attorney, since you are probably now flagged for fraud involving this petition and any future petitions you would be the beneficiary of.
