Hello Everyone , I am actually the petitioner and my fiance is in mexico . Our k1 visa has been approved on September 20, 2013 . What comes next what do I need to wait for ? Will anything be sent to him to his address in Mexico ? What forms do we need to fill out ? And how long is the process? Please Help . Thank you all !unsure.png

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

10/06/18 response to service request

10/11/18  approved. No RFE, no interview

10/16/18  approval letter received in the mail

10/19/18 greencard received

Congrats, I just got my NOA1 the 23rd! Hopefully my fiance and I be making the trip ti Juarez in about 5 months!

10/17/2013 NOA 2 Email!!

That's 24 days from NOA1 to NOA2!!!

I was a bit confused when first reading this. Your K-1 was not approved because the K-1 visa has not even been applied for yet. Your I-129F petition was approved. The foreign fiance(e) can now apply for a K-1 visa at the consulate in Juarez.
