My answers in bold and red:

Can you help me to find out what i missing now?

<Apply I-130>

1. I-130

2. G-325A (each person) (What is different between G-325 and G-325A?) I can see no discernible difference between the two forms, however, the instructions call for the A form so use the A form.

3. Passport copy (each person) Only yours is needed

4. Passport picture (each person)

5. Check $420

6. Marriage Certification

7.Cover letter

8. Driver license copy (Both??, Do we need to send two identification??) Neither

<After appoved I-130>

1.DS-3032 DS-261 (online form)

2.Fee

3. DS-230 DS-260 (online form)

4. I-864? (What is different between I-864 and I-864A?) I-864A is for combining income with household members.

<After approved by NVC>

<Interview paprer requirement>

1. Hospital - Medical check

2. Passport

3. Passport Picture

4. Letter (Interview Noticed)

5. Criminal History Check

Is there any Missing?

That's a decision only you can make, if you are comfortable filling out the forms yourself and there are no issues in either of your backgrounds that wouldn't complicate your case, then my opinion is you don't need a lawyer. On the flip side, if you are not comfortable filling out the forms yourself or there are issues in either of your backgrounds that could cause complications down the line, then legal assistance may be for you. I'll say again for emphasis, the decision can only be made by you.

although you are looking at ALL of the forms collection -

please understand that you never, ever submit all with the I-130.

I suggest you include a photocopy of the beneficiary's birth certificate, just in case the I-130 gets routed to a local office that is using the OLD adjudicator's manual.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

I am little confused about the visa category you mentioned, as you said you are going to stay with your fiancé', are you planning to get married or just visiting? Other thing you should concentrate on filing I-130 it will be based upon filing as fiancé or spousal visa. Fiancé visa is not CR-1 it would be K-1 and this will be helpful if you can clarify may be I missed in the thread !!!!
