Hi, everyone

Whew! We're finally ready to submit our application to jump start our journey.

I need your comments on what we have gathered so far.

Closely following the guide, here is how we're assembling our I-129F package:

1. Cover Letter

2. Check/Money order $340

3. G-1145

4. Form I-129F (completely filled out, signed and dated, left blank if answer is none or n/a)

5. Form I-129F Supplement page: Answer to question no. 34a (signed and dated by fiance)

6. Petitioner's statement of intent to marry (signed and dated)

7. Beneficiary's statement of intent to marry (signed and dated)

8. Proofs of having met in the last two years:

Passport pages showing stamps of arrival and departure from the Philippines, airline ticket (found only one-way), airline fare payment receipt

Fiance's driver's license issued in the Phils. (Fiance stayed in the Phils. for two years to study)

Certificate from the school where fiance studied

Photos chronologically presented from the first time we met until he left (50 pages of photos grabbed from Facebook to show dates)

9. Form G-325A (petitioner)

10. Passport photo of petitioner (name printed at the back)

11. Form G-325A (beneficiary)

12. Passport photo of beneficiary (name printed at the back)

13. Copy of petitioner's certificate of naturalization (front and back)

14. Proofs of ongoing relationship:

Selected text messages, skype screen cap, skype logs, photos and receipts of gifts to each other (I know these are not required yet at this stage but for my peace of mind, I just need to include some proofs smile.png

Thoughts? What do you think? What did we miss? What do we need to add?

By the way, which courier should we use to send the application?

I would really appreciate anybody's insight. Thank you!

This is not needed.

To the OP, just a word on semantics, an I-129F is a petition form, not an application form. With that out of the way, your list looks good.

Everything is fine.

2 advises: 1. Make it simple don't put them in folders or binders, and 2. Try to separate in to sections: Documents and Proofs so people in USCIS can separate it fast.
