Hi VJ. We're just wondering if anyone has had an interview scheduled for CR1 for the month of November? If so, what is your priority date? Ours is February 8th and we're still waiting, case complete August 28th.

Hi Darnell. Yes, I have been. My wife and I were one of the unlucky people to have a "false" interview scheduled for October 3rd. Got the email from the NVC on September 9th with our appointment date and everything. They called the next day (after I had bought my plane ticket to attend the interview with my wife) and said they had made a mistake, and we in fact did not have an interview scheduled. Spoke to a supervisor and she said to send an expedite request because I'd already bought my plane ticket and because they had sent the false interview letter. Got notice yesterday the request was denied.

We're just wondering when we may have an actual interview scheduled. We're pretty frustrated.

Yes, they just opened up November, as well as more dates the latter part of October.
