Do I need barcodes on my I-130, I-131, I-485 and I-693

Hello everybody, I noticed that some of the forms that I printed from the USCIS website have barcodes on the bottom of each page. Are these barcodes mandatory? If so where can i find the forms with barcodes? I don't see the barcodes on my computer but the barcodes on some forms appear on my husband's work computer. Thank you very very much!

From my experience USCIS to NVC, No barcodes needed in the USCIS State. Those barcodes are there as part of the form. Once you are in the NVC, any documents submitted would need one to match the case to the docs submitted. Usually in a form of a cover sheet provided by them. Hope that helps!

The barcodes only work if you use Adobe Reader. Other programs will not show the barcodes.

You need them. If your computer doesn't work for them, you can order the forms by mail, and they come very quickly.
