Here is what our RFE asked for and what we are sending back. Is this ok?

you should print out the e-ticket, email or photos both of you and then send back to USCIS..(type your name and you beneficiary name behind the photos, put date and plae name)

they dont need the initerary summary your trip, they need proof of the relationship...

good luck for you both :)

We have not received a RFE but as a disclosure... we have not received the NOA2 yet. We sent in: passport copies (tagged with all of our trips together), bank statments and credit card statments (to prove we were in the same location), airline receipts and boarding passes (the ones we still had), & Skype logs. I dont know if this is enough, but if you can look through your old credit card statments (they typically state where you purchased the item) and hightlight relevant info... that may help.

It is really difficult to understand how USCIS make decision whether they approve the petition or not. Some people here have sent a bunch of papers, photos, almost everything but USCIS still sent them an RFE. But, some others only sent some pictures, emails, a few papers, and voila!....Their I-129F got approval.

Thank you for the comment though, at least I have a big picture how they looked up the petition since you're, the beneficiary, is from Indonesia. It might be there is something to do where the beneficiary comes from or how real the relationship from USCIS adjudicators point of view, yes.gif .

Can you confirm that you actually mean EVERY PAGE, or just the page with all the travelers ID, picture, and info, plus the entry pages with the stamps?

Thanks

We mean every single page... so they can see that the stamp really is on the passport of the person, not just a random page with a stamp on it.

Hum... I don't quite get it. I don't see how they would confirm that all the copies of the individual pages belong to the same passport. The page numbers wouldn't absolutely connect each page to the same passport. Does USCIS actually requires copies of all pages, or this is just a suggestion? I'd save some paper if possible. Lol

Let's say, how would page 17 (that has no stamps or a form of eye readable id) confirm or proof that page 8 (the one with the stamps i need them to see) belongs to my passport. In my case I won't be sending page 17 unless USCIS requires it.

Thanks

Well I guess I'll do that if they send me a RFE on that.

What they do is match up the dates of the stamps to boarding passes and flight confirmation

Exactly. That's why I think they don't need a copy of the whole passport. Just the page with the id and owner's information, plus the one with the stamps with the travel I need them to see. They will not use the rest of the pages.

I sent the pages that had stamps on and the main part (with the picture and signature on) to them and that's it and they accepted that. The RFE was because I didn't include proof of the flights etc to match the stamps. We posted the reply yesterday morning so fingers crossed we don't have much longer to wait.

You'll b alright. I was just confused since some vj kind of stress on sending a copy of the whole passport instead of the id and stamps pages.

Good luck!
