Hey guys so we are still waiting on Green Card approval. On 25 March 2015 it will be 6 months front receiving Interview Waiver Letter. We are hoping for positive news it's all we can do when comes to USCIS. Does anyone know what's the legal status classification of a K1 Visa applicantafter marriage and while AOS Is pending.

It is exactly that; you are in Adjustment of Status for Conditional Permanent Residence. Your K-1 visa no longer holds meaning; you used it. In all reality USCIS can hold you in this status as long as they want until they either approve or deny your case or you abandon your application; which ever comes first...It is the limbo we all face...

Man, wow. Have you made any inquiries or called and talked to Tier 2? You are one of this threads longest waiting member at this time. There is no excuse for this stupidity...Have you talk with Congressional office? We're a month behind you and we're hoppin' mad. I'd be hostile if I were seeing all the decisions made after your NOA...Wow I am both sorry for you and discouraged at the same time...

I think there's a good chance that you might have to get a new medical once the existing medical expires. I could be wrong. We have seen people with expired medicals get approved, but we have also seen a very limited number of RFE's for medicals. USCIS is very unpredictable. In my opinion they are being lenient with apps they received before JUNE 2014 or else we would be seeing RFE's left and right from everyone. It's left to see what will happen when they start working on JUNE 2014 apps.

I see ,thank you :luv:

NBC ... what the different ?

If a case is at the NBC, it is sat there collecting dust, doing absolutely nothing, probably used as a coffee mat too. However, if it moves away from the NBC to a field office then it is there ready to be processed and a decision made.

Imagine how much harder this wait would be if this thread, or this website didn't exist, we'd all be wallowing in our own misery.. we're all living week by week now, Monday rolls around and someone, usually Shell makes the "Hopefully we'll see some approvals this week" then the next week is the same, I guess we do get a couple of approvals a week, usually someone not even in this thread

And I will be doing the same this week. I have just read the threads, as Ive been ill with a nasty stomach bug over the weekend. I now feel sick to the stomach, seems people who file for AOS after June will have to redo their medicals if they expire. Now this is my gripe do they want the bill for that for their slow processing. I am so annoyed that I might just write a letter to the President about it, that is how annoyed I am. What do they think we are, millionaires? Grrr.... Sorry rant over, for now, but yeah I am serious, they send me an rfe for their incompetence then I will be writing a letter!!
