So me and my husband not doing good, we re having some troubles , i decided to cancel my visa until we find a solution to our issues , and until he become ready to have me in his real life!

It sucks because we made it this far but im not willing to attend my interview while i'm not happy and he doesnt care about my feeling at this moment and at this point, i feels like he hates me and he want me to make some serious decisions.

could i just not go to the interview ? or will this cause me problems?

Can someone give me the address to email the embassy? should i indicate the reasons why i want to apply for cancellation?

Will this cancellation cause me any problems in the future, maybe in case if we find solutions to our troubles and meet in person to communicate face to face and want to re-apply from the begining for IV, is there any possibilities to get approved ?

Is there any body went through this?

i'm the beneficiary

Can any one give me some advice on what to do? I'm very confused! Thanks in advance

excuse-me asked, but what serious decisions????

yes, cancel your visa now can or not make troubles to you in the future. But I but I've seen happen and the couple has aproved

Before going on the interview would be best to get along with him because he needs to sign the I-134 for you and provide a birth certificate. You already have these documents ready?

When is your interview? We have had cases on here where people were absolutely, positively sure they did not want to go ahead, but then reconciled before the interview, which was already cancelled, so they had to start from scratch. I would not just not turn up to the interview, but wait until a day or two before to cancel, just in case your feelings change.

I would not put a lot of details into the cancelation, just that you do not wish to persue your visa application at this time. If, in future, you will go for another visa, they will ask about the previous one and why you cancelled. It is a red flag, but it can certainly be overcome with plenty of bonafide evidence.

I think you are getting confused, the OP is on a CR-1 spousal visa path.

Thank you,

my interview on September 20, Casablanca consulate

you means by red flag, they don't trust anymore the cases already canceled? and this cause diffcult approval in case they refile the petition?

If you are not getting along well it probably isn't a good time to leave your home for a strange place. I agree with trying to postpone it once to give you some time to work on things while still not having to start over. If you are sure you need more than a years time or it looks more like this just isn't going to continue then cancel by writing the embassy that you do not want to pursue the visa at this time.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

Just try and work things out with your husband, talk to him, make sure the decision you make is not base on your anger, take time to think about the whole thing before canceling anything. Every relationship has its ups and downs and I hope you two can work it out. Good luckl

If you are already married, and asks to cancel the visa, they will question the motives and you will have to tell the truth, the truth is that the marriage was not going well? this is a huge red flag, if the K1, where you still bride, ok, you might have doubts, but as a CR1 not think it's good to cancel.

But I do not understand so well, let's hope others respond

i'm sorry to hear about this bad news, but insted of thinking about all this, you need to discuss gently with your husband,be sure he got you married first time because he loved you and he spend his money on the visa and wait for you to come to him for love as well,it must be something happning that made this relation worse, think about the good days about him and try to struggle for this relation, you reach a level where we are wating painfuly to reach it which is your interview date, you need to do istikhara ,i'm sure you are muslima and you know about it,ask Allah about this decision before taking any step,go to the interview and take your visa, and wait for him and give time to your relation and love to get back, then decide to go to your husband,i don't think that it is imposible for you guys to save this marriage, everything comes with discussion and anger can damage good relation if you did not controll it,you just start your marital life and the begining which is the hard part because you get to know each other manners and personality,if you pass the first years then life will be easy.

please sister take my words seriously,i'm like your sister and don't wish you to break all this and get divorced while you can be patient and save your marriage.
