Sept 7th, 2013 = K1 Visa Application Submitted

Sept 18th, 2013 = NOA 1 via e-mail - Case Accepted and Routed to Texas Service Center

Sept 27th 2013= Received NOA1 hard copy

Oct 5th-12th 2013 = Had an AMAZING week together and now back to waiting...ClockWatch2.gif

February 12th 2014 = Five month mark passed. Service request ordered. They said in 27days we should have an answer.

March 15th 2014 = ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER CHANGED! FINALLY! dancin5hr.gif

May 31st-June 11th 2014 -Spent a Beautiful week and a half together and got a huge surprise on the day before she left. :D

June 10th 2014 = PETITION APPROVED!!! Hallelujah! :dance:

August 8th 2014 = Medical. Results: Passed

September 23rd 2014= INTERVIEW: APPROVED! so happy!!!!!!!

September 25-28th 2014 = System Error prevents VISA from being issued. :cry:

September 29th 2014= VISA in hand :dancing:

September30th 2014= Entered the USA :thumbs:
December 22nd 2014=MARRIED :)

March 18th 2015 = Filed AOS

April 3rd 2015 = Received NOA1 hard copies

June 20th 2015 = Received EAD/AP card in mail :)

July 28th 2015 = Received Notice of Potential Interview waiver :mellow:

Feb 29th 2016= FINALLY! RECEIVED MY GREENCARD! :dancing:

January 26th, 2018: Filed I-751 Removal of Conditions 

Feb 2nd 2018: Received NOA1

Annie's 14 and 17 year old daughters arrived here early Wednesday am. So nice to finally have them here with us.

Great to hear! Just got home from the airport with Ruby and Angelina. Great to have a full house again. :)

My husband got his employment authorization "combo" card with advanced parole.

Today we got a letter from USCIS......

Here's what it said:

"USCIS has identified your application as a potential interview waiver case.....

...As you know your case is currently pending.....

..Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates delay in completing your case. Presently, we anticipate that delay to be approximately 6 months from the date of this letter.."

Anybody else receive a letter like this???

Currently our I-485 is still at the acceptance stage.. since April 11

"USCIS has identified your application as a potential interview waiver case.....

...As you know your case is currently pending.....

..Due to workload factors not related to your case, USCIS anticipates delay in completing your case. Presently, we anticipate that delay to be approximately 6 months from the date of this letter.."

Anybody else receive a letter like this???

05-18-2022: Filed N-400 online. Received online NOA and Biometrics re-use.

06-03-2022: Interview scheduled (online notice).

06-10-2022: Interview letter received via USPS.

07-11-2022: Naturalization Interview

Hey Congrats on recieveing the combo EAD/AP.

I was wondering when you filled out AP did you specify date and length og your trip or provide a reason for wanting AP?

How long from your biometrics interview did you guys recieve the EAD/AP?

Tomorrow we have our biometrics appointment..

Hey thanks for replying,

I am a little worried because I had my biometrics appointment and the Receipt numbers and Case Type listed were the I765 and I485 on the ASC Notice I recieved by mail.

Hey guys,

Can some of you let me know how long it took for your AP to be approved? I applied for it on Mat 12th when I handed in my AOS package. They received it on the 15th and send me NOA on May 20th.

My husband and I are looking to travel to Canada for a mini-reception with my family mid-August and I am starting to go into panic mode.

09/10/2013 - sent in i-129f

09/19/2013 - email notification of USCIS acceptance & rerouted to CSC

09/25/2013 - received official receipt notice via mail

10/02/2013 - received a RFE

10/16/2013 - sent in RFE

10/18/2013 - checked USCIS site & RFE has been received

10/29/2013 - Alien Registration Number changed

10/30/2013 - NOA2 i-129f APPROVED!

12/06/2013 - received Packet 3 in mail

12/08/2013 - completed DS-160 & sent in checklist

12/??/2013 - called DOS and got my MTL Case # (can't remember what day in Dec)

01/09/2014 - consulate asked me to complete a new DS-160

01/29/2014 - received Packet 4 via email

01/29/2014 - medical appointment complete

02/26/2014 - Visa Appointment in MTL - requested additional documents

03/03/2014 - Mailed in documents via Loomis

03/04/2014 - Documents arrived at US consulate in MTL

03/06/2014 - CEAC updated to AP

03/06/2014-03/17/2014- CEAC status updates daily, but still remains on AP

03/18/2014- CEAC status READY (to schedule an interview)
