Are you receiving disbursements of your 401K? If not, I don't think you need to list it..... I do recommend asking this question in that thread, as the people active in there are at various stages of NVC and may have an answer for you. Saylin still responds to questions when she logs in if she sees it hasn't been answered. If the difference is not going to make-or-break whether or not you meet the income guidelines I don't think it makes a difference, but I suggest asking in that thread as this process is still fresh for those of us in here who recently got approved :)

Someone else had a question about Part 6 Line 5 specifically I believe.... but I think it might have been about whether to include property assets.

I'm still putting money in my 401k, not taking it out... :)

I'm guessing I need to take my current monthly wages before any 401k contributions/deductions and multiply by 12 for "current individual annual income." I'm also guessing I should not include any expected bonuses. But these are guesses. The instructions for the I-864 aren't exactly super detailed.

I'll ask in the NVC thread.

Thanks.

I'm the USC petitioner. My wife is British (now a USC!!!), generally awesome, and amazingly patient.

Yea, I have no clue how the 401K contributions/deductions work.... the I-864 instructions read like stereo instructions!

It's ridiculous that the prior year income figures they look at don't include elective 401(k) contributions. I've only been looking at this form for a couple hours and I hate it already.

Hey, I was looking at the spreadsheet and it looks like two other people approved around the same time from the same service centers had their cases received by NVC on the 11th.

Have you tried calling USCIS to speak with a Tier 2 to confirm they've shipped it?

Oye. I didn't mean to quote livy-lou, I meant to quote bck! I need to do my VJ work on a laptop, not a tablet lol

Yes, you need to send all your info to the address on the bottom of the blue sheet, and send it with the blue sheet on top of all the papers (or whatever you're sending). I suggest making a copy of you RFE for you personal records. :energy: Good luck!

Awesome, thank you! Hubby overnighted it yesterday, so I'm glad he sent it to the right address LOL Now back to playing the waiting game! Hopefully they'll get it today and start working on it ASAP *fingers crossed*

Hello, Just wanted to ask if you guys received any text/email notifications to confirm that your service center has received your RFE response? Just wondering if they actually update anything between the time of receiving RFE and NOA2.
