PD is 8/12/13. I just checked USCIS website few mins ago and was very surprised to see that my application for my husband was approved!! Waiting for the NOA2 hard copy (accdg to the website they mailed it last 8/29).

Hi. You can only send the i-130 either in Phoenix or Chicago Lockbox (depends which State the petitioner lives at). Once sent to the correct Lockbox they are the one who will send your I-130 to either California or Vermont Service Center for review. You CANNOT send it directly to any of those Service Center.

I was very surprised too when I checked USCIS website (still dont have the hard copy of NOA2 though but website says it's approved and mailed the NOA2 last 8/29). In my opinion, USCIS is approving I-130 applications so fast for month of August is because they need to meet their quotas before it will retrogress.

Your profile says, CR-1, are you a US citizen? If it's the case, you don't have to wait for visa to become available or no need to worry about retrogression as the visa is available to the immediate relative of the US citizen.

it is not possible that you can get approve in just 19 days. I think you are just lying and playing other peoples emotions. here people are waiting for 8 plus months and they count everyday.
