Hi VJ peeps! Hope you could help me with this one.

I'm starting to fill up forms for my AOS and I came across Form I-693.. I've read that we (under K1 visas) don't really have to go through another medical exam.. But what if they didn't give all of the vaccinations needed? Do I have to find a Civil Surgeon to give the missing vaccinations? And how much would it cost?

Thanks a bunch!

If you are missing some required vaccinations, then yes, you need to see a civil surgeon in the US and have Page 1 + the vaccination page to be filled in.

You have to see one of the civil surgeons designated by the USCIS. To find the list, look here: https://egov.uscis.gov/crisgwi/go?action=offices.type&OfficeLocator.office_type=CIV

Call different ones and ask for their price for the vaccinations + transcription in the form only. Some will try to tell you that you need a new full medical to charge you more, which is wrong. If your K-1 medical was done less than a year ago, you don't need to. Avoid those.
