I-134 Question Expire

Ok my I-129 in Initial Review an im going to see my fiancée again about 3 week from now. I like to bring her all my info on Affidavit of Support.

The question will the date on the paper work will be expire when she goes to her interview?

What date are you talking about ? The date 12/31/2013?

It is really depending on when will you get NOA2 and the package 3 or 4 from embassy. Since, you have no timeline so I dont know what a best guess to get NOA2.

If I were you, I will fill out I-134 with current version and bring it to her. If it exprires before your interview then fill the new version of I134 and send it to her through USPS.

You should probably wait until right before the interview to send the I-134 and supporting documents. They want to see that you have enough income and can support her at the time of the interview not 6-12 months before.

Most of the time they continue to accept old forms even after the form's "expiration date." However to ensure that the documents and form are current (what if you lose your job?) you could hold off and send them closer to the interview date.

You can get all the information now if you want. Then she can mail you the information if it changes as well.
