Timeline

today my sister in law had a interview in us embassy of nepal.c was told by CO that c is qualified.but he told 1 of doc that us office from us had to send to the embassy in nepal is missing so it may take 10 days to 2 wks for visa.he didnt give any slip...........n kept her passport.n told her that c will b informed as soon as they recieve doc from us .what doc did he mean?n status shows administrative processing!!!!does anyone has gone thru this kind of situation?embassy told that it might take 10 days to 2 wks....but does anybody has idea how many days will it take?

It might be any documents .. No need to worry if he/ she is qualified .. Just cheer up.

we have no way of knowing what document was missing. She needs to contact the consulate and ask

c had asked to co ........but he told that it isnt doc that she n her spouse needed to submit.it is some offical doc that nvc/or some us office needed to submit,

if she doesnt hear anythingt tll 1 week then she shud call the consulat nd ask them if they got tht official doc frm nvc

hello heart lip.....................u will b gettin interview date most probably on sept 1st wk.......i think so....coz i got in the 1st wk of july.............i m over wth interview.it went gud..........the co asked me

1.what is ur name?

2.who is in US?

3.what does he do?

4.what kind of marriage?

5.he showed me 2 pic n asked identify the person in pic

i think photographs play a big role.so u better carry more than 30 photographs.n i had taken other evidence like credit card,skype chat,email,viber call log,online gift receipt,greeting card................but he didnt ask any of those.............
