Don't just read the VJ guides, read the INSTRUCTIONS that accompany the forms on the USCIS website. All the answers are there, VJ helps with the rest.

12/21/2011 - Last updated by USCIS
04/12/2012 - Approved!
05/08/2012 - NVC received
05/09/2012 - Left NVC
05/14/2012 - Received at Consulate
06/25/2012 - Interview at Consulate, APPROVED!!!!
07/07/2012 - POE at JFK, easy.

09/28/2012 - Mailed I-485
11/09/2012 - Appointment for Biometrics
12/08/2012 - EAD and AP Card arrived in mail. No updates to USCIS website.
07/26/2013 - Approved, no interview.

04/30/2015 - Mailed I-751

06/03/2015 - Appointment for Biometrics

02/29/2016 - Approved, no interview.

03/14/2016 - Received 10-year Card

Hi sis i sent ths vaccination rec sheet along with aos..make sure he has it :) if he doesnt have it thn tell him to go bak to his dr nd ask him for new1:)

I will call the clinic to see if they have this copy.....I totally knew he was missing something. Thanks again friend ?

Good news!! He has this document. Will he need extra vaccinations? Is this what we need signed by a civil surgeon ?

Hi - My fiancé will be here in 6 days! we are getting married on the 25th and want to Adjust status quickly. Before I get jumped - YES I have read the guides, YES I need more experienced help...because it's just not "clicking" smile.png

I suggest getting on a PC, and having another look.

The formslist is there, and each form listed has a clicky-thing where if you CLICK the form, it'll start an auto-download for the form or jump you to the USCIS webpage about the form.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

no sis he shud have it, hosp must've givn him 2 medical reports 1 for embassy in orange envelop nd another 1 is white hosp envelop,hosp name address contact numb nd doc name is written on it in there he can also find his X-ray's report in "CD" smile.png
