7/11/13--Delivered to USCIS Chicago Lockbox @ 11:49 A.M.

7/11/13--NOA1

1/3/14---I-130 transferred to Nebraska Service Center (called USCIS @ 1:34 P.M. to receive update)

1/6/14---Received hardcopy of I-130 transfer notice

3/10/14--Received NOA2 via text message and email @ 2:30 P.M.

3/13/14--Case left USCIS via text message and email @ 8:15 A.M.

3/14/14--Received hardcopy of NOA2

NVC:

3/25/14--Case received by NVC

4/25/14--Case number assigned by NVC

4/30/14--DS-261 submitted to NVC

4/30/14--AOS Bill received

5/01/14--IV Bill received

5/13/14--AOS and IV Bills paid

6/25/14--AOS Package sent

6/27/14--AOS Package received

You are welcome, also i want you to know that country where i am from got attacked by Russia not one times and my people experienced Russian aggression on our skin. It isn't about this topic but just i wanted to express my support for Ukrainian people. What now happens at Ukraine reminds me Georgia, Tbilisi 5 years ago when one cell Russia was trying to destroy our democracy country. God bless you.

I applied I-130 for parents. Mom and Dad PD : Sept 5,2013

Dad:

transferred to CSC Feb 25,2014

I-130 approved March 6,2014 Yayy !!!

Mom:

transferred to NSC Feb 26, 2014

still no words. :((

Why did they separate my mom and dad application?

and why is NSC processing time so slow?

anyone know?

11-30-2017- Oath Ceremony ( I am US Citizen Now :jest:)

the time processing 5 month now for citizen US

but i dont see the time processing with permanent resident

any one have ideal about the time processing with greencard holder

and any approval Sep,OCT,NOV 2013 yet

Yay!!! My case was approved. :)))) I 130 , PD Sept 25,2013. Transferred to NSC Feb 26, 2014. Approved on March 21. Wish you guys luck.

Are u US citizen or permanent resident??

@chanhphamvn. I'm citizen, sponsor for parents. Filed i130 on Sep 5, 2013. Both of my parents i130 were approved. My guess, NSC working on Sept cases now. Good luck
