I suggest you submit the last 3 years tax transcripts, W2s, Letter of introduction from employer, 3 recent pay stubs and the Affidavit of Support form I-134.

You can have all notarized if you so wish to be on the safer side.

IRS Transcripts for the last three years, letter of employment and copies of the three most recent pay summaries is all I sent. Plus the 134 form. Nothing was notarized.

What does the RFE ask for? Provide what the RFE is asking for. If wants proof of sufficient income, then provide a letter from employer and most recent pay stubs to prove current income is sufficient. Only the most recent year's tax transcript is required to be sent with the I-864. If you did not provide an IRS transcript or a complete copy of the tax return, then do so now as well.
