Good morning guys hope you can help me out i got this letters from the uscis

the office is unable to complete the processing of your Application to register a a permanent residence or adjust status, (form i485) without initial information, submit all the information requested below at one time, failure to do so will result in denial, you must submit the information within 87 days to the following adrees deparment of homeland security , po box 648804, lees summit mo 64002

the service will proceess your form i765, application for employment authorization(if submitted) with in 90 days of the receipt of your missing initial evidence, this is persuanto the to tittle 8, code of the federal regulations, section 103.2(b)(10)(ii)

all copies must m be clear and legible. if you submit a document in any language other than english, it must be submitted with a full english translation. the translation must certify that the translation is complete and accurate, and the he or she is competent to translate. You must submit both the the foreing language document document and the English translation

• you have submitted and english translation of a foreign birth certificate, please submit a copy of the applicants foreign birth birth certificate issue by the appropiate civil authority.

i send them a copy of my wife birth certificate and with a proper translation the first time do i need to send them the original with a proper translation again?

DO NOT SEND ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS TO USCIS. Just send notarized copies with English translation in the timely manner if you want your application to be processed further if NOT it's denied after 87 days and you gonna have to refile with new fees over again. Good luck

Also don't forget to send a copy of that Request of evidence RFE paper they sent you along with the requested documents. It will match your file upon received and the process will start again

The translation doesn't need to be notarized. The "translator's certification" can be found on VJ.

I would send in a copy of the foreign birth certificate and an English translation with an original signature on the certification. http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations
