Hello, did any one with NVC case closure date later than 16 Nov 2013, receive interview letters yet or interview date by calling NVC?

Its the USCIS immigrant fee for the production of our green card. The petitioner can pay for it after we have received our visa, before we fly to the US. Its paid online here: http://www.uscis.gov/forms/uscis-immigrant-fee

This is new for me. Thanks for the update. Do you have any idea if it will hasten the issuance of the green card? I heard we can't get a job without it.
