No action since Biometrics- Adjusting from Tourist Visa

I had my biometrics done on 9th July and haven't heard anything from USCIS since then. I was looking at some timelines and most of the people had gotten their ead/interview date in fewer days. I can't help but wonder if everything is okay, if they are sending me RFE, how long they it takes before they send it? God knows i can hardly wait for my ead so that i can start working, in my situation everyday counts.

6/19/2013- ALL Forms Sent to Chicago Lockbox- (i485, i130 with rest)

 

 

6/21/2013- Package received in Chicago Lockbox

 

 

6/26/2013- Email and Text Notification received in the evening- Package received and accepted at USCIS smile.png

 

 

6/28/2013- They cashed the checks- $420 + $1070 = $1490 smile.png

 

 

7/2/2013 - USCIS Mail notification received (all the forms are received and are in process)

 

 

 
7/3/13- Biometrics letter received- for 7/19/13- Day 13
 
7/9/13 - Early biometrics done! - Day 19

 

 

8/5/13 or so - Status changed for Ready for scheduling

 

 

8/20/2013 - INTERVIEW SCHEDULED FOR 9/20/2013

 

 

8/21/2012 - Interview Cancelled! ;(

 

 

8/22/2013 - 2nd interview scheduled for 24th September.

 

 

8/27/2013 - Online update - EAD card ordered!

 

 

9/5/2013 - EAD card received

You will usually receive your EAD and AP within 90 days of application. From your timeline then that would probably be in early September.

Your case is within normal processing times.

I had my biometrics May 17th and received my EAD end of June, still haven't heard anything concerning interview . There's also a lot more waiting a lot longer. Just give it some time, it's still normal processing time as said before.

I did the biometrics on beggining of july and my status just changed but nothing change about the work permition just the i-485 status had change.

06/14/2013 (day 0) - AOS packet sent via Express mail (I-130, I-485, I-765)
06/17/2013 (day 3) - Delivered to USCIS Chicago
06/20/2013 (day 6) - Received USCIS Acceptance Confirmation email. Awaiting official receipt notice (Form I-797) in the mail.
06/21/2013 (day 7) - Checks cashed
06/25/2013 (day 11) - Receive 3 NOA's by mail.
07/01/2013 (day 17) - Biometrics appointment 07/16/2013
07/05/2013 (day 21) - Biometrics completed by walk in
07/16/2013 (day 32) - Original Biometrics appointment
07/24/2013 (day 40) - I-485 status online changed to "testing e interview"
07/26/2013 (day 42) - I-485 status showing the interview date.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Well what i noticed today is the my form i485 is gone from 'acceptance' to 'initial review'. That's all. I hope they send me ead or interview notice soon. I believe it's been 45 + days since i applied.
