Here is a bonus: My husband's eyes change colour . . sometimes they are hazel, sometimes they are green and sometimes they are blue/grey. And no - he doesn't wear contacts!

My eyes do that too! Sometimes they are really hazel and grey and sometimes they are really green and no I wasn't wearing a green shirt that just made them look green. When I was younger I noticed that whenever I went swimming in the pool they turned hazel.

Mine too! Maybe it's a green/hazel eye thing.... sometimes they're really, really green, sometimes they're hazel, sometimes a kind of amber colour (and different around the edges of the irises to the middles  )... and, rarely, a weird turquoisey colour. Oh, and sometimes they're just bloodshot.

I like having colour-changing eyes!

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Huh! I thought I was the only one who did that. Mine go from green to blue. Kind of weird isn't it?

i enrolled basic algebra 5 times and failed coz i stop attending in the middle of the semester (no#'s just traumatize me). i dont know if i could still go for the 6th times. guess i would fail again...

ronmay: check out this website....Don't give up-once you get a good grip on the basics-the rest will fall in to place. I am pretty good at mathematics...If you need more websites let me know.

My oddity:

I hate buttons on blouses. I have no idea why. I have been that way since I was a kid. If I HAVE to wear a button down blouse ( like when I was in the military in service dress), I felt really lousey and kind of twitchy until I took it off  . There is not one button down blouse in my closet. All my suit blouses are wrap or cami style-anything but buttons.

Take a large, almost round, rotating sphere about 8000 miles in diameter, surround it with a murky, viscous atmosphere of gases mixed with water vapor, tilt its axis so it wobbles back and forth with respect to a source of heat and light, freeze it at both ends and roast it in the middle, cover most of its surface with liquid that constantly feeds vapor into the atmosphere as the sphere tosses billions of gallons up and down to the rhythmic pulling of a captive satellite and the sun. Then try to predict the conditions of that atmosphere over a small area within a 5 mile radius for a period of one to five days in advance!

Ditto with the buttons...and zippers, and anything else but something that pulls over my head.

OMG! You hate buttons too????? :D I thought I was the only one. My family and friends think it's weird. Thx for posting!

eta-yeh the zipper thing. I hate wearing zipper fleeces because zipper does not lie flat, and kind of bunches when you zip it into "hills" that I have to keep straightening....

oh, also seeing people's VPL really bugs me for some reason too.

If I don't have some sort of noise I get fixated on all the noises in the house and worry that someone is trying to break in.

I also get very fixated on the worst possible outcomes of situations...drives everyone crazy...makes me a very cautious and observant person though

Me too. My TV is on all night with the volume on low. I need the distraction otherwise I have "restless mind symdrome".

I have also always had this texture thing with foods.

 Cottage cheese-my worst offender(lumps)-jello(rubber) and I'm probably the only person I know who isn't allergic to shellfish that won't eat lobster(rubber).

Small curd cottage cheese freaks me out and I seriously have difficulty swallowing it, but I have no problem with the large curd.
