I don't think you can call them directly. The main USCIS phone number should be able to help you (as much as they can help anyway).

Why don't you tell your problem here, and maybe somebody can offer help/advice?

My wife called them many times

They tell her the same as the online site said which is :

And when she told them that she needs to

Get any one who can offer more help they give her a confirmation number and the officer told nothing new and the last time he told het every time she calles him

The case will be delayed one month.

Totally the doesn't offer any help

So I need a email to explain the case to give me a help about my case is it normal or any thing new

Everyone here has family and work, wait a day or two for answers....

It is annoying that you cannot check online, but it'll be several more months until you can reasonably expect NOA2- some people never go online, some people can see their case but it never gets updated online, even long after they are approved. Your wife could try an infopass appointment, but I am not sure they can do anything for you/ her either.

You cannot call the National Benefits Center.

The US petitioner can call the USCIS using the number on the NOA1. She needs to speak to a tier 2. To do this she doesn't talk or push buttons until someone comes on speaking spanish. Then she says English please. She will be transfered to an english speaking CSR. At that point she needs to ask for a tier 2 as only a tier 2 can help her.

Be aware that this stage of the process generally takes 6 months. You need to give it at least that much time.

As per your timeline:

Based on timeline data, your I-130 may be adjudicated between September 26, 2013 and October 29, 2013*

Sorry but

How can u calculate it to this certain time

Posted

I just showed you from your timeline what the expected date is. No one can tell you exactly how long it will be. I apologize if you find that annoying or not helpful but honestly, it's the only answer. The USCIS will make a decision on your case when they want to, then you have to go through the National Visa Center stage, and finally a medical and interview. With men from Egypt there is often an administrative processing period of an unknown period of time as well, weeks to years.

I don't think that you emailing is going to help your case, as you are not a native English speaker and your writing can be difficult to decipher. Your wife, as the USC, should be the main point of contact with USCIS. As stated before, she needs to reach a tier 2 or supervisor. The customer care operators have no more information than you do. After six months, she can contact an ombudsman or her congress person to act on her behalf. I would guess that your case may have been moved to a local field office and given a different case #, but that is just a guess. Where does she live and what is her local USCIS office?

When I just looked at his timeline, it said it should be adjudicated between October 25th - December 6th, weird.

Yep they move around

Mine moved, I went through the date, it moved again... It's because of the local offices, they don't adjudicate the petitions in order like they used to do at the service centers. So it moves and it's just a rough guide. Everyone should expect at least 6 months and be happy if it's less. I figured my whole thing would take at least a year but I felt very fortunate that the petition only took 4 months. I almost cried at work that day in happiness. I was working with my manager at the time and he immigrated to Canada from the Boston area, so he knew how excited I was.

Anyhow... no one knows how long this will take for certain. It's one of those things that pushes your buttons and makes you learn patience.

USC can call the USCIS and see what is going on. Speak to a tier 2. There are many posts on how to do this including one in the USCIS forum.
