The foreign fiance(e)'s passport is not required for the I-129F petition. If there were stamps/visa in it that could help prove face-to-face meetings, then they could include copies of those, but no reason to copy the entire passport. Only the USC needs to prove citizenship for the petition and that is what the entire copy of their US passport would be for.

You don't. It is not a requirement for the I-129F petition. She will provide her passport and birth certificate later for the K-1 visa interview.

Hi everybody,

I am going to be mailing the I 129F packet on monday, Sonya and myself are very excited for the first step but I follow the checklist that is provided here and the one thing I am not sure about is the divorce papers from Sonya. Do I put that with her G325A or leave it separate.

Also I put everything together as follows

personal check for $340

G-1145

I129 F cover letter

I 129F Petition

G 325 A US Citizen

G 325 A Foreign Fiance(e)

Fiance letters of intent

Copy of Us Citizen passport

Flight info

emails

Skype log

15 pictures of us together

If somebody could let me know if that is the right order or does it matter. I know I am over thinking this but I am all nervous.

Jimmy

Yes I did get the divorce papers translated. I will not put them with anything. Thanks Jimmy

Just make sure it all gets in the envelope. Place the papers in a neat stack, put a binder clip on it and slide it in an envelope. As soon as it arrives it will be taken apart and put in their folder as they see fit. Nothing needs to be "with" anything, just make sure everything needed is in there.

I also have a question. What if we send the previous I-129f petition? Now is new one but we already filled this old one and going to send it. Won't it be denied?

Edition Date :The current edition is dated 06/13/13. (USCIS will accept editions dated 06/22/12, 11/23/10, 06/14/10, and 02/19/10 until September 16, 2013. After September 16, 2013, we will only accept the 06/13/13 edition.)
