The interview is getting closer and I am wondering about the consequences if a form ESPECIALLY I 134 isn't filled out the way it should be? Would I still have the interview? Would the case be put under AP or even get a denial???

My fiance and I are not experts at filling out forms and we are new to the whole process, what if the affidavit of support is not perfect?

People on Morocco portal, can I have your feedback please?

Thank you, good luck and Happy Ramadan!

There should be example forms on here somewhere...do some digging under forms.

There's a LOT more to this site than the forums (awesome as they are). Look at the examples, try filling one out as an example, and ask questions if you're still confused.

I think nobody here is an "expert" we just follow examples and instruction. If you download the i134 from the USCIS you will also find the INSTRUCTIONS, how to fill it step by step. You can also find an example here in VJ. Trust me, my now husband was a little bit confuse but is just a matter of mantain calm and read. The I864 is even harder but still just follow the guides. If you dont fill it properly you can have your interview rescheduale (in the best of the cases) but you can be put under AP and in the worst scenario, being denied. I know this is not an easy process and very nerve wracking, but trust noone was born knowing how to do it. Follow the instructions carefully and ask for help if you have questions! Stay positive

Thank you for your reply.

My fiancé answered None for question 10. He thought that this question was about having filed a petition for someone else in the past, like for question 9 about if he previously submitted an affidavit. As I told you, we are not experts and he filled the best way he can, according to what he understood from each question.

Even if I ask him to send me a new original affidavit, I can't have it before the interview, he asked FedEx.

If he made a mistake on a paper that doesn't require his signature on that page I don't see why you can't re-fill it out correctly and print it. You don't want to get denied/missing paper because they tend to just throw you in AP and you will be waiting awhile hoping you will be fine (like me) you can always call the embassy and change the interview date also. I wouldn't risk it, they are very particular and a hard embassy so get everything 200% correct because there's a good chance they put you in AP anyway like most of us nowadays. Some DO get lucky though.
