RFE...asking for passport stamp...but never got one?!

Hello everyone, first post here. I just received my RFE and they are asking for a few things, even things I had previously submitted. Specifically something I have no record of, a passport stamp, of the country on my US passport. However, my US passport was never stamped. What am I supposed to do?

I have no single stamp on my 4 times travelling outside of US. I am not if I will receive RFE about it or not. I am scared right now.

New Journey AOS:

My fiancee came to US on the 8th of March, 2014 under K-1 visa at Newark, NJ Airport for POE.

Applied Social Security Number on the 10 of March, 2014.

Married on the 13th of March, 2014.

Sent I-485, I-765, and I-131 on the 15th of March, 2014.

Received EAD on June 7, 2014.

Received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver on July 1, 2014 date 6/27

Contacted Ombudsman on 01/12/2015.

Ombudsman contacted USCIS on 02/20/2015.

Ombudsman sent a follow up to USCIS on 03/18/2015.

I-485 approved on 03/31/2015 ( we ordered your card).

Welcome notice was mailed on 04/01/2015.

Received Welcome Notice on 04/08/2015.

Card was mailed to me/picked up by USPS on 04/08/2015.

Received GC on 4/10/2015.

Prediction 04/08/2015

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Was this from a border crossing so no passport stamps are given? In cases where there are no passport stamps, you can explain that you were not issued a stamp in your passport and provide other evidence such as hotel receipts, ATM receipts, credit card and/or bank statements showing that you spent money/made purchases during the dates of your visits. If you did actually fly, then copies of the boarding passes and luggage claim tickets can be used. Anything else you can think of that is documentation of being there at the times you claimed to be.

Thank you! The thing is I flew to Cuba, so any ATM receipt or statement is nonexistent there. My luggage claim tickets are not in my name but my daughter's since they choose anyone's name.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but these may be of assistance in proving you were in Cuba on the date(s) you indicated:

  1. Boarding passes under your name for the date(s) you indicated
  2. Bank Records showing a transaction in Cuba on those date(s) (call your bank, and ask)
  3. Hotel Itinerary under your name showing you stayed in Cuba on those date(s)
  4. Train/Boat tickets in your name showing you were in Cuba for the date(s) you indicated

Thanks for the advice. The boarding passes were cut off in the airport and my name is not shown. There are no bank transactions in Cuba, everything was cash there. I didn't stay at a hotel, but with family. I took taxis but no one gives tickets or receipts.
