July 2013 I-130 Filers

I saw msc1391 585XXX low 100's transferred on Jan 14th. So maybe there are a few that got transferred since the 13th we dont know of yet. Are they into August, not sure.

I've set up a visit to Indonesia in April so I'm not too disappointed by the lack of activity. I haven't seen my wife in over 6 months!

CSC is fast... mine took 15 days from when it was transferred there. all the best n may u get the approval soon

I just called uscis and spoke to one of the operators just to tell me that CSC ( thats where my case was transferred to) is working on february 2013..wth?? I've seen people with my same PD (7/1/2013), this soo frustrating

thats so not true they just read exactly what we read on the computer dont u worry its bs they cant do anything more than we can and have a iq of a peanut

They just say that to keep you from calling and calling- there is NO way to guess when or why or how, each case is looked at and or investigated on its own merit. keep the faith. this too shall pass. I had my congressman inquire and they told them something similar- I do not believe it - but there is NOTHING you can do to rush it-- its like watching paint dry. We are all there with ya!! I am HOPING and PRAYING to be reunited with my wife and daughters in the next three months- three months in the BIG picture is nothing compared to what we been thru.

ok cool, i just wondered how you were poised to breeze through the NVC process? I heard that can take 4-5 months even if your ready so i was just interested on if you had any insider knowledge

My PD is 22nd August, and i am expecting visa in hand September/October....
