I saw msc1391 585XXX low 100's transferred on Jan 14th. So maybe there are a few that got transferred since the 13th we dont know of yet. Are they into August, not sure.

Mailed I-130 overnight-8/28/2013

Delivered to the USCIS PO Box Chicago 8/29/2013

NOA1 date-8/29/2013 Got as of 9/4/2013

Transfer Date : 2/24/2014

NVC received 3/19/2014

I just called uscis and spoke to one of the operators just to tell me that CSC ( thats where my case was transferred to) is working on february 2013..wth?? I've seen people with my same PD (7/1/2013), this soo frustrating :(

July 1 2013 i130 sent .NOA1

December 31 2013 transfered to CSC

January 31 2014 received an RFE

March 20 2014 RFE response

March 26 2014 Case Aproved ( finally) !!

April 1 2014 NOA2 hard copy received

NVC Stage:

April 14 2014 NVC receives the case

thats so not true they just read exactly what we read on the computer dont u worry its bs they cant do anything more than we can and have a iq of a peanut

They just say that to keep you from calling and calling- there is NO way to guess when or why or how, each case is looked at and or investigated on its own merit. keep the faith. this too shall pass. I had my congressman inquire and they told them something similar- I do not believe it - but there is NOTHING you can do to rush it-- its like watching paint dry. We are all there with ya!! I am HOPING and PRAYING to be reunited with my wife and daughters in the next three months- three months in the BIG picture is nothing compared to what we been thru.

I am an August filer-- I check almost every single day.. with the same result.

Thats how i feel i miss my husband so much but this is for a better tom best of luck hope to see smth soon

ok cool, i just wondered how you were poised to breeze through the NVC process? I heard that can take 4-5 months even if your ready so i was just interested on if you had any insider knowledge :)

My PD is 22nd August, and i am expecting visa in hand September/October....
