Hello!

Could someone please clarify with me if I send all the supporting documentation (police certificate, birth certificate, marriage certificate, copy of passport biographic page, etc...) WITH the DS-230 to the NVC or do you take those to the interview??? I have read two different things and I don't want to screw it up.

I was under the impression I send the certified originals with the packet but make a copy of everything to take to our interview. I only have one certified copy of each document, so I am hoping this is correct!!

And, lastly, do I send Part II of the DS-230 with the packet or take that to the interview?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!! good.gif

1) as far as I know, you will need to send originals to NVC.

2) You need to send Part 1 and Part 2 of DS230 to NVC but make sure that you only sign part 1 as you will be signing part 2 at consulate.

Then the LORD God made a woman from the rib he had taken out of the man, and he brought her to the man. The man said, "This is now bone of my bones and flesh of my flesh; she shall be called 'woman, ' for she was taken out of man." For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.

no you can't, i send my package without the criminal records on 2012 and they still requiring it

You can, but they'll checklist you for it which means it takes longer. Some countries require the checklist so that the beneficiary can obtain a police certificate, so they allow those people to bring the police certificate to the interview.
