Can you maybe say what you're missing?

Missing paperwork or evidence of sort, then yes, of course, they'll send you a notice saying they received your paperwork.

Then you'll get a notice later requesting that paperwork.

Missing money? No.

They'll send your packet back.

What are you worried about?

This part of the process can take, on avg, anywhere from 4-7 months.

Also, you asked if you would receive Noa1.... but you already did... so I think maybe you're asking the wrong question>

All the NOA-1 does is verify that the basic packet is received. They look for money, forms, and signatures. It is not a review of the entire packet, just a quick look over to see if it looks like it is complete. In about 6 months, when it arrives at the desk of the officer, then it will be looked at page by page and if anything is missing an RFE will be sent.

Please stop using NOA1 synonymously.

I think you're trying to say NOA2.

And yet, you're still not making complete sense.

You already said you received noa1 after you fulfilled a request to supply the rest of the paperwork that was missing.

Next, comes NOA2, or your acceptance/denial of the petition.

If you already supplied the missing paperwork, why would it be incomplete any more.

Maybe it's time you started all over from the beginning and retell us what happened.

Yes my husband sent it already when he received the message. Is there a problem cause its been march 4 since our priority date . My husband called the uscis 2mos after sending and they said it is ok and processing .is that possible?

***moved to process and procedure from progress reports ***

Did you husband send them the G-325a?

So they have all the paperwork now?

Yes they received it all now. What will happened?what do you thonk is the status of my case now?thank you

So did you send the missing paperwork... or not.

The NOA1 is just a receipt of the paperwork.

It doesn't mean it's complete.

It just means 'hey we got this and eventually we're gonna look at it'

You appear to be an example of the fact that they will.

Here's the deal. You HAVE your receipt notice. That's what an NOA1 is. Apparently, you've also gotten a request for a missing form and sent it in. You now have a notice the form was received. Now you wait. Three things can happen.

1. The petition is approved

2. They request something else

3. They deny the petition

You wait. It's a black hole. Get used to it.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
