Rejection notice because wrong amount?

Hello everyone, I'm tried to file AOS based on marriage to an US citizen, and after compiling all the package sent it to the Chicago lockbox. But I got the package returned because it saids the checks are in the wrong amount or has not been provided.

Sent two checks, one in the amount of 1070.00 for the I 485 and the other one for 420.00 for I 130

I'm just confused now.

$1,070 for the I-485 and $420 for the I-130 are the correct amounts.

The cheques should be made payable to "U.S. Department of Homeland Security", not "USCIS" or "DHS" or any variation.

I read a post some years ago, it was a mistake regarding the age that was on his/her file. Something like 2 years old instead of being an adult so the computer refused the amount of money automatically.

So call who you have to call and check if a mistake is on your file regarding your birthdate.
