9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

6/2/17 mailed I-751 to csc priority mail

7/1/17 I-751 returned rejected (multiple items)

7/3/17 I-751 mailed again with signature confirmation

7/6/17 second I-751 delivered and signed for by Daniel Manchaca

7/10/17  Check Cashed

7/10/17  NOA

7/22/17  Biometrics letter for 8/2/17

8/02/17 Biometrics appointment DONE

3/05/18 case moved to local office

8/25/18 Extension letter (18 months)

9/29/18 service request submitted

8/22/15 Received notice of interview "call in letter" for September 1st 8am

9/01/15 AOS Interview Houston-APPROVED!

9/01/15 Card in production, Welcome notice has been mailed

9/05/15 Welcome Notice Received

9/08/15 Greencard was mailed

9/10/15 GREENCARD RECEIVED!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone! I sent my fiancee petition in the end of june and on July 1st the USCIS office recieved it. I sent it through the Texas Lockbox and I they routed it over the Vermont Service center. On july 5th I recieved an email saying that they recieved my application gave the number i can check the status with.Also it is saying that in next 7-10 days I suppose to recieve an official reciept(I-797 form). Today is already 24th and I still didn't get any notice through mail but when I go online to check for status it says "On July 10, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E". No new updates since then.

We filed ours on 12th July2013 to Texas & got assigned to California. The date on the NOA1 was 17th July & we got it in our mail on 22nd July.

Now waiting!!!

how do I know where my service center is, I filed through Chicago lockbox?

It should say on your NOA-1....for example EAC=vermont service center

We received the NOA1 a few days ago, it did get sent to Vermont, as we expected it would. Just received an email about my alien registration number changing, from what I've read that's the last update I'll probably get til NOA2. Settling in for the long wait!

I checked the USCIS website today and got the following message
On July 24, 2013, your Alien Registration Number was changed relating to your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. Please wait until the end of normal processing time before calling customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for live assistance.

I'm not sure exactly what this means, but I assume it means our case is not sitting around in a file box???

I checked the USCIS website today and got the following message

I'm not sure exactly what this means, but I assume it means our case is not sitting around in a file box???

It means the USCIS has assigned an alien registration number to your fiancee... And yes it wasn't sitting in the box. It just got there on july 24th and now you just in the line for the nearest 5-6 month until NOA2 as they say... Good luck to all of as in our journeys! Jahh Bless.

I have been skimming through this site, following timelines etc. I seen one timeline where the NOA2 date was 67 days from NOA1. That has to be the quickest I have seen so far. I believe it was Vermont too. That gives me hope smile.png
