I am also surprised that nothing happened for montreal

I just called and as expected the answer was No for montreal.

I expected that since our completion date was july 10 but I had hoped the june ones would get done

It woukd be nice to know the reason

Hey, what did they tell you last nite? Did they say if they were done scheduling August interviews? That's what I was told yesterday afternoon....I am going to call one more time later today, then give up hope for August.

FYI to everyone, while interviews are often scheduled on CASE COMPLETE date, they are also scheduled via PRIORITY DATE. So if someone filed Nov 2012 and you filed Jan 2013 but you have your case comp

Thanks for checking.Ok at people a PSA I need to do. I think we got a bit spoiled since January. Because honestly the 2nd week of the month was the usual interview scheduling. Like around now. But

Stevie B this is not true. You have said this before and its wrong. The embassy has no idea about us IR1/CR1 unless we are DCF or Expedite. NVC schedules for us okay not embassy. There is a calendar

Hello guys..called NVC last night..pretty weird as soon as i pressed one for english a really nice lady picked up and asked for case number. She said interview date of Aug 9th was assigned on Jul 17. Thanks for everyone's support and good luck for rest. will keep everyone posted with interview result. wife is freaking out now which is normal i guess rofl.gif

hi, when they normally start scheduling interviews ! , i heard the first 2 weeks /month that means they will start again in the begining of august ?, or normally they schedule in the last week of the month? =( the next coming days on july)

From January until July they were starting the last couple of days of previous month and done by end of first week. Now July here we are at 7/19 and scheduling is still going on which is way pass anytime frame they have ever done.

NVC standard answer is "we start scheduling the 2nd week of the month". They did that until January 2013. So who really knows they start when they start.

Hi dwheels76. I still haven't gotten my P4, but I was wondering, is there anything I need to know for interview? Like stuff I need to take, pictures n stuff? Also do u think I should already buy flight ticket? How long Does it usually take after interview to get visa?

Just wondering no August interview for India yet rite..????

My case is not completed yet but I really wish if it will complete by next week and I can get interview for August.......... Finger crossed.....

No interview for India since June and NVC not even telling us why not.

04/30/2013 - RFE - Properly complete and re-submit G-325A.
05/09/2013 - RFE hand delivered to Local office.
05/10/2013 - NOA2 - Newark NJ

NVC
05/13/2013 - NVC Received.
05/30/2013 - Case & IIN # Received.
05/30/2013 - DS3032 & E-mail sent to remove Attorney and appoint petitioner as choice of Agent.
05/30/2013 - NVC accepted request and stated that further communication will now directed to petitioner.
06/04/2013 - AOS & IV bill e-mail received, generated and paid.
06/05/2013 - AOS & IV status paid.
06/05/2013 - AOS package sent
