Thank you...now it makes much more sense....sigh so near yet so far...our journey so far had hit delays nearly in every step. Delay with USCIS...from 6 months it ballooned to nearly 9 months...NVC also took a while to give us a case complete no thanks to them being a bit cryptic about our i-130...and now this...just keep on rollin' I guess and look on the bright side...

The AOS fiasco is the new I-864 form. Those who submitted the new form way ahead of the june 23rd date got stopped and NVC didn't have the capability (software) to review.

So only old forms were being reviewed and its taking about 4 to 6 weeks to get your AOS package reviewed now.

Summer I swear I am going to put you ion internet and phone timeout. I know its not funny but you must sit back and LOL.

In a few days you will be going nuts over medical and such.

I must admit I feel for those who get early august but hey 2 to 3 weeks to prepare I'll take it. Alll most need is what a week or 2.

Hang in there people.

Lol I know I'm being so inpatient but believe me life is being so hard for me here recently every single day reallyyyyyy feels like 1 month for me !!! But I pray that I can get more patience to get to the end of this journey

I sent an email to a supervisor so she could forward it to the embassy than they will just send my file to the embassy so i could set up and interview with them

My husband called NVC again this morning.

This was their reply:

-Could take more or less time than a week to schedule interviews but they typically schedule at the beginning of a month

-Still scheduling for August

-Just a matter of waiting for an interview to become available

Something is definitely up since not one yet has gotten an interview date. I find it hard to believe all the embassies worldwide are busy at the start of next month to at least to slot in one of us for an interview. Hang in there guys.

Instructions:

If you want to share your case complete and interview dates:

1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.

2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list

3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))

4. Remove

(top and bottom) around the list by clicking back space just before "do not delete"

5. Always use [Courier New] Font. (It will stay lined up correctly if you use the correct font.)

6. Add in order by NVC case complete date.

7. Add the date you received your interview date so others can see from case complete to assignment time-frame.

8. Please use your VJ member name not the Petitioner/Beneficiary name on your timeline.
