Hi, to answer your questions:

1) Yes, she can start the petition as soon as she gets back to the states.

2) Yes, you would want to submit your photos, chats, calls etc starting from when the two of you met, up to present time.

3) You can submit a COPY of the marriage certificate.

4) Her mom can be the sponsor as long as she can satisfy the income requirments for herself, the two of you and anyone else she supports

5) As for the cover letter, here is an example of forms, including the K-1 cover letter, you can use something similar for the CR-1...just basically detailing what you have enclosed in the packet http://www.visajourney.com/content/examples

Good luck with your journey and congrats on your upcoming marriage!!

please can you tell me the main first form we need to fill and submit to the USCIS, we are petitioning for CR-1,

i know we need to fill the I-130 form is there any other we need to fill???? and in the cover letter, i saw "I-129F Cover Letter. do we fill this form too or we just need to edit the form and add I-130.

Edit the form.. You are not filing an I-129F, you're filing an I-130... Just make it specific for your package. It's really just a basic cover letter stating what is in the package in what order.

YAY! Happy filing! I hope it goes fast for you. Remember to front load and keep collecting evidence as you go through the process. Lagos is not an easy place, but with diligence and homework you can make it without trouble!

Yes the G-325A...one for you and one needs to be filled out by your fiancé. Submit those with the I-130

You must print them out, no electronic media (flash or CD) will be viewed.

Printing on standard paper is fine. When I submitted photos, I put 4 on one page, numbered them, then put an explanation next to the number that corresponded to the picture.

Hello VJ please i need your help in filling the form G325a, at the first line, last by the right there is a place written

(FILE NUMBER "A") and also at the down right it says (ALIEN REGISTRATION NUMBER "A") we really don't know what to fill in there.

2) my fiance changed her family name to my. so can she be using my own family name to fill out the I-130

3) the blank space where will fill nothing do we need to put "NA" because we tried putting "NA" in some of the box and it says (only number that is allowed)

4) do we use capital letters to fill out all the box?

thanks so much in anticipations
