hey guys,

I have a few questions on fiiing i-130. I have been living with my wife at the same address for the past three years. while filing i -130, on question 18, what address do you put if the relative is already in the U.S staying with the petitioner? On question , 21 , do I really have to put the last address we stayed together or the present address? If i have to put the last address, I have a little dillema because the last address we had , we only stayed there for a month , but the one before that we lived there for a year. So, can i put the one that we stayed for a year or it really has to be the previous address where we stayed only for a month?

I would really appreciate any kind of suggestions

I believe "Last address" is the the current address in your case. They are requesting the last address that you shared with your spouse.

Good Luck!
