I am so downhearted by what I come to know today. I don't understand this game. - TOTALY UNFAIR GAME.

I file I130 on March 2011 and was processed at Vermont Service Center. It took 2 years to get the approval. whereas people submitted I130 later than us at California Service Center got approval earlier than us. that's why they got their case completed at NVC before us. Their case number is now earlier than us and the Priority date is already OCT 2011. My PD is march 2011 but the people who submitted I130 late and got approval from service center and case completed fast have got the interview date whereas even our PD had become current earlier than those people, we didn't get the interview date becoz my case was completed later. So people who waited for the longer time at service center now have to wait at NVC again even if their PD is earlier than those people who's PD is far later than ours. Isn't that wonderful!!!

THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND TOTALY UNFAIR.

I know those people might get angry with me and start cursing me now. BUT the PD has to stop moving now. Otherwise we are going wait another year and then what people behind us going to be together with their loved ones and we never GET A CHANCE.

Sorry Guys! I But don't you think this is UNFAIR and UNFAIR and UNFAIR and ............................. ranting33va.gifdevil.gifgirlwerewolf2xn.gifprotest6wz.gifprotest6wz.gifprotest6wz.gif

Hi,

I do understood your frustration, but keep your faith strong and think more positive. All will be good, and if your PD date it earlier than others, you will get interview earlier than them.

Good Luck.

Thanks but when you feel like you've been cheated then it is hard to keep thinking positive.

How do you know you were cheated? While I was speaking with USCIS agents What I understood, the country of beneficiary is important. If country at last developed, and government offices are working well, time frame is almost similar for those countries.I think I-130 time frame depending on that, But very rarely some of applications are approved by randomly I believe. I don't think so there is something wrong....Good Luck and as Budda told "The greatest prayer is patience".

I think NVC is having a difficult time squeezing in people with past due PD with those who recently became current that's why you have to a wait a few months to get an interview schedule. Entirely the fault of USCIS. In our Philippine facebook group, F2A completed cases with past due PD waited 3-4 months to get an I/L. It may also depend on the influx of people on queue for interview in your embassy.

Thank you. NO my friend it's not depend on country of beneficiary. It is solely depend on service center....

YES! it is the fault of USCIS. In our case VSC didn't process any F2A cases for more than 1 yr since Jan 2011.
