Got message from nvc today it says

Please be advised that the national visa center (NVC) have received your inquiry and the attached I-797 notice of action - Approval Notice. Unfortunately, we do not have record of receiving your approval petition from U.S citizenship and immigration services. The NVC will contact USCIS on your behalf for information on the location of this petition.

Whats goin on USCIS are they keeping those approval cases... sucks..

how long ago did you get NOA2?The NVC is taking up to a month to receive cases from the NVC lately. The NVC is stating it takes up to 20 business days to receive cases

Got approved on april 24, 2013 and now almost 2months from the approval notice....they didnt still receive yet the case...

Unfortunately this has been happening alot. cases taking 2 to 3 months almost to get to NVC.

I gather this NVC email was your NVCinquiry. All you can do is keep calling NVC and stay on it.

I would come on over and visit the NVC filers thread many just like you there. Also be sure to read Post #1 and #2. Hope you are all prepared for NVC.
