Correct! Write your NVC case number in the subject line.

Timeline

i sent mine last june 7,1 wk no reply from NVC i put my case number and name in subject line,june 13 11am(pinas time)aos was invoiced i resend again my COA with SUPERVISOR REVIEW: NAME AND CASE NUMBER in subject line around 8pm june 14 COA was already accepted.. i suggest put SUPERVISOR REVIEW sa subject line name and case number..

Supervisor review is only suggested when the NVC has not replied to your email in 14 days.

Give people time to work. Taking up supervisor time with something like this means they have less time to spend on things that really need their attention.

Timeline

I sent mine with case number and last and first name of beneficiary in the subject line. I received a general auto response from them.

A couple days after that, I read on VJ to put 'Supervisor Review' on subject line, so I re-sent email with that in the subject line and received a reply later that day, saying it has been reviewed and accepted.

Whether you want to do it or not, it's your choice. We've been waiting for almost a year so anything that can help speed the process up is more than welcomed at this point.
